Roosevelt Museum Opens
April 15th, 2004
Finally, the FDR Memorial Museum opens in Warm Springs GA at the Little White House. The 11,000 square foot facillity cost $5 million, and provides visitors with valuable historic facts about FDR and Georgia's influence on National Policy. The Governor of Georgia, Sonny Purdue, made an encouraging speech where he said, "Roosevelt changed Georgia's Destiny and Georgia changed FDR." The Governor wants everyone to know it's never too late to come to Georgia. The Little White House in Warm Springs is the only home FDR owned and the place he chose to live.

The Passion of Christ

"Friends" is finally over. Several years ago, I had the opportunity to see the pilot episode of "Friends." I saw the opening skit, heard the catchy song, saw the actors and the setting, and knew that it was going to be a hit. "Friends" became an icon for a lifestyle that has defined young adults for the past decade. "Friends" is not the only factor for a move toward shallowness and an apathetic attitude of our young adults. If you are a parent please read more about how we can work together to solve the growing shallowness of our young people.

Our nation mourns the loss of a Great American President. Called the "Great Communicator" he will be remembered not only for the decisions he made as President, but for the way he reacted to results of those decisions. Taking responsibility for the actions of your subordinates is a principle of leadership.

If you've ever been the victim of a typical Atlanta Traffic Jam this Letter if for you. A smaller version of this letter was posted in the Newnan-Time Herald. Read the whole Letter below
